our facilities
Instead of rows of stationary bikes and weight machines, our facility is filled with pull-up bars, kettlebells, barbells, rowers and wide open space for squatting, running, jumping, climbing, lifting and throwing & moving our body the way it is supposed to move.
All of our workouts are made up of exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life or sport. We focus on improving functional movements that are necessary and common in our daily activities, like picking up our kids or moving that bag of mulch from our trunk to the backyard.

What started as a tight-knit community has evolved into a broader wellness hub—offering strength training, Olympic Weightlifting, conditioning, HYROX, HIIT Boot Camp, Pilates, and full recovery options under one roof.

what we do
We’re not your typical gym filled with rows of treadmills and weight machines. Our space is built for movement—real movement. Inside, you’ll find barbells, kettlebells, sleds, ropes, rigs, rowers, SkiErgs, Air Bikes, BikeErgs, and wide-open space for squatting, jumping, sprinting, lifting, and climbing.
We specialize in coach-led group classes built on functional training principles—movements you use in everyday life, delivered with intensity and purpose. Sessions are 45 to 60 minutes long and designed to be scaled for any fitness level.
In addition to CrossFit, we offer HYROX-inspired conditioning, HIIT Boot Camp, 30/30 sessions (blending HIIT and Pilates-style core work), and open access to our Recovery Lounge—including Cold Plunge, Normatec compression, and Red Light Therapy.
